Brooks Byrd, Board of Advisors, Project Development
Brooks Byrd brings over 12 years of real estate development and medical imaging operations experience to the MODUS team. His body of work includes over 200 real estate projects in the Tampa Bay area with responsibility for budgets ranging from $3.4 million to over $38 million. Brooks has been instrumental in crafting downtown Tampa’s Cultural Arts vision while serving in the Downtown Partnership and is also on the Board for the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association. He was the developer of the prestigious Grandview Condominium tower on Harbor Island, overlooking Tampa Bay.
Brooks’ extensive professional experience includes the management of a territory for one of the world’s largest medical imaging providers. This A-list client portfolio included the renown Kirklin Clinic in Alabama as well as other world class healthcare institutions.
Brooks serves as Vice President, Client Development, on the MODUS board, a role which taps into his unique skill set and track record in cultivating and managing relationships with health systems, physicians, industry partners and vendors. Brooks is a graduate of Florida State University.
