Linda Bradley has 30 years of health care expertise and is an innovative leader with proven success in managing complex health care delivery systems. She holds an active RN license in the state of California and is also an attorney who holds a Juris Doctor degree, graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, magna cum laude, in December 1997 and is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
Her background includes serving as the CEO/Managing Director of Southwest Healthcare System (SWHCS), a multi-hospital system in Southern California with an annual operating budget of $600M, and interim CEO of Northern Nevada Medical Center.
Bradley possesses extensive experience in healthcare project development. During her tenure at SWHCS, she initiated or completed over $500 million in capital improvements. At Inland Valley Medical Center this included a 25,000 square foot ICU, ER, Imaging expansion, and a 43,000 square foot expansion of the medical surgical beds. At Rancho Springs Medical Center this included a 72,000 square foot ER, Imaging, Women’s Center, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit expansion, a 36,000 square foot Administrative Services Building and a 5,000 square foot Mammography Center. Additionally included was the design, permitting and approval of a 300-bed acute care hospital and medical office buildings comprising in excess of 500,000 square feet, in Temecula, CA. She is currently with March Healthcare Development, working with the March Joint Powers Authority on developing a 200 acre State-of-the-Art Healthcare Campus adjacent to March Air Reserve Base. This campus includes a wellness center, acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, research and education, medical offices, centers of excellence, senior continuum of care (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s care), and related medical and non-medical retail space.
Bradley served as United Hospital Association Board of Trustees First Vice President, and serves on the Board of the California Hospital Association (CHA) and the California Hospital and Patient Safety Organization (CHPSO). She is faculty for the California Hospital Association and is a sought-after and accomplished educator of physicians, nurses, and other clinical practitioners and healthcare professionals.
She was a Temecula Chamber of Commerce 2005 Citizen of the Year Nominee, Professional Women’s Roundtable 2003 Woman of Commitment Award winner, and San Diego 2006 13th
Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board for MODUS Healthcare International, LLC.
